It’s the courage to BE all of who you ARE. Whether tidy or messy, pretty or ugly, filtered or unfiltered, polite or uncouth.

Once I remembered the truth, I could see how the lie had cut the heart out of who I came here to be.

It’s been nearly 20 years since my Soul roused me from my deep slumber state.

First off, my living has informed me that the need to relate comes from a deep desire for connection.

From this place, I know who I am. This internal knowing of Self guides everything.

Whatever it is for YOU, it is not up for debate. You don’t need to take this to a committee vote. You don’t need to seek anyone else’s permission.

In the moment, she realized how hilarious this notion was that she needed someone else’s permission …

The experience of Love, Joy & Peace. It is not a fairy tale. It is REAL.

As I began to wake up in my body, the hollowness of the rote, conditioned responses became more obvious.

These energies are here, not as something outside of you, but as Life pulsing through you, with the sole/soul intention to support YOU.

Sometimes the story we are living is done. It may have once even been beautiful. But we know, deep in our bones, there’s more for us.

The TRUTH/YOUR HIGHER ASPECTS are TRUE HARMONY & PEACE.

When what is no longer true exits, a space is revealed to usher in what once seemed impossible.

Reaching the Higher Self requires silencing the noise and chaos of the outside world in order to hear the Higher Self speak.

The transformation leads you to reconsider what you really want.

Coming to the Truth of my BEing, my Soul, my very FLOW OF LIFE, has required time, space and silence.

This rising is what comes naturally to the Soul and is what you were born to BE.
