CHEERING YOU ON

I remember when I wrote my first book, The Joy Practice, a friend of mine reached out and said, “I don’t know if I’m doing this right.”
This was exactly the opposite of what I was trying to impart, that there is no “right” way.
But this striving for the “right” way is such a conditioned response. And allowing who we ARE, to BE, can seem so foreign.
Perhaps it’s more like The Joy Awakening. Joy being the experience of YOU as your Natural Self/Soul.
As I began to wake up in my body, the hollowness of the rote, conditioned responses became more obvious. At this point it was the conditioned responses that began to feel foreign.
Somewhere along the line I could no longer abide the status quo.
I began to choose differently.
The process of Awakening Who You ARE (JOY) in your body is a personal one.
I cannot tell you how to do it, although through my book, I tried.
What I can do, is BE here. BEing me. And in this BEing ME, I am cheering YOU on. To BE YOU.
