LEGGOOO OF MY EGO

The ego separates. It separates everything into categories of good/bad, right/wrong, positive/negative, acceptable/unacceptable, worthy/unworthy.

That is the first job of the ego.

The second job of the ego is to then judge those items it deems incorrect, as bad, wrong, negative, unacceptable and unworthy. And those that it deems correct, as good, right, positive, acceptable and worthy.

It does this for many reasons, not the least of which is to control. Why does the ego need to control?

Because the ego’s very nature rests on fear. The ego would not exist without fear. And therefore there is no safety in the ego experience because the ego is ALWAYS afraid.

The ego experience IS the human condition.

However.

As our Higher Self/Soul/Love/God begins to Wake Up in our bodies, we begin to experience a little more wiggle room and grace. We begin to NOTICE things that we did not used to notice.

When the ego fully controls us, we notice ONLY how OTHERS behave. But perhaps you are beginning to notice how YOU behave. How YOU categorize people/things/ideas and then judge those people/things/ideas based on the category.

And how much suffering and misery this creates.

This is how we know that the ego is loosening. Because the ego firmly intact will not allow this noticing within the Self.

The ego is not bad. The ego is not good. The ego is here to serve until it doesn’t.

And then we get to have a completely NEW experience.

The experience of Love, Joy & Peace. It is not a fairy tale. It is REAL.

And with each noticing, there is loosening and the making of it more and more real until it’s the only thing you ARE.
