nudges from your higher self

Every single human has an internal guidance mechanism.

Whether you call this mechanism your Higher Self, God, the Universe, Love, Energy, Soul, Essence or something else, this mechanism is not outside of you. It is designed to operate through you, as you.

Today, I’m going to use Higher Self.

Do not confuse Higher Self with the words Best Version of Self. This is not about a “best” version.

Higher Self is just what it says. It is HIGHER. It is higher not from a place of better than, but of vibration.

It is possible for every single human to operate as their most pure expression, the vibration of their Higher Self.

And although everyone has access, reaching the Higher Self requires silencing the noise and chaos of the outside world in order to hear the Higher Self speak.

The Higher Self speaks through nudges. These nudges are as unique as each and every person is unique. Your nudges are not my nudges and vice versa. Sometimes the nudges become shoves.

What I do know, is that these nudges (and shoves) are guiding you into your highest, most true and unadulterated Self.
