Is judgment or joy the engine of your life?

Everyone gets to eat their stale chips.

The experience was an opportunity, an invitation, for me and my husband (and our kids) to turn within each of ourselves and root even more deeply into our own presence.

…we all literally ARE CREATIVE and it is with this creative life-force that we make our life.

And what I have discovered is that this nurturing energy that I sought - is not separate from me. It is not outside of me. It IS ME. I AM THAT.

I began to see how fear drove my need for my husband to be an idea instead of who he actually was.

Me, living as the life-force that I am is the crux of self-responsibility and self-integrity.

But I’ve come to realize (see with REAL EYES) that I can trust the truth of my own being-that the only place I could find Me was within Me.

The work entails sustaining our own energy and this begins when we RISE in each moment to meet and claim the truth of our life force.

We just gotta go out there and BE Ourselves.

And yet. Not only do we override who we are, we say: Be someone else.

I was in the Cancun airport about 12 years ago, standing in line to get on a plane home and this realization hit me: I’d been carrying a belief that who I am, is bad.

It did not feel good to we wear other people’s ideas and expectations as my own.

When we can do this, anchor in Self and let our Life Force flow, the True adventure begins.

No one else has a say over your reality.

We are more supported than ever to create the lives we’ve never imagined.

The script has been written to keep you asleep. But the Essence of You is bigger and stronger than the script!

I’ve come to see that outside in reality is a dulled experience and because of that, I was not aware that I was in constant conflict, that I was waiting for the shoe to drop and that I did not have fulfillment.

Truth transcends belief.
