WILL YOU BE TRUE?

My now husband and I were summer employees at a city pool. Before we officially started dating, he would climb up the back of my lifeguard chair and whisper in my ear, Ellen Brown, will you be true?

Fast forward 30 years and I was at my local second-hand store looking for a table and chairs for my studio. I was wearing a shirt I had created with a Six (6) on it. The sales clerk asked the meaning of Six.

I told him that the Six energy supports us in living as the truth of our heart.

He said, “Oh, I love that. It’s hard though. Because sometimes you don’t know what you want. And when you do, it often conflicts with our own or others’ expectations.”

He was right. Living as the truth of our heart is hard won.

Living our lives responsibly as ourSELVES, requires confronting the conditioned model of reality.

In the conditioned model of reality, our life-force presents as a distortion of our true light. Moment to moment as we make the choices aligned with our heart, we meet these distortions head on. We BECOME more TRULY OURSELVES.

Being the sixth month of the year, June resonates with the energy of 6. This year, June is doubly powerful as it is also a 6 universal month. Six exists to support every human in taking responsibility for their own life, to live aligned with the heart, YOUR heart.

The work entails sustaining our own energy and this begins when we RISE in each moment to meet and claim the truth of our life force.

Know that everything that makes up your life - the people, places, things, and situations - is meant to help you be more TRUE, to help you be more of who you ARE.

Further know, that these people, places, things and situations, whether we consider them good or bad, don’t just happen. We create these experiences. Yes, through the wisdom of our soul, we create them in order to rise into our True Selves.

My now husband’s question so long ago, made me giggle at the time. I took it as though he was asking me if I would I be true to him. From there to here, I see it differently now.

I have lived my way to understanding that the greatest gift and responsibility is BECOMING TRUE to my own life-force.

Go be TRUE.
