BEING WHO YOU ARE IN REAL TIME

Being who you are in real time is the real deal.

My Blissings often begin with a sentence that comes through like the one above that came through earlier this week.

It needed and wanted some time to marinate, which I granted, because, well, that’s the REAL DEAL.

Forcing and crafting are no longer a part of my DNA.

I’m writing this on Saturday from the lake. Before we left Indianapolis I realized I wanted to bring my paints. I had purchased a new type, oil pastels, and thought I might want to use them.

I’ve since created two new paintings. The experience of painting both of them, but one in particular, titled, ALLOWING FULL EXPRESSION TO GET TO WHAT’S TRUE, underlined the subject of this Blissing.

What you can’t see when looking at the painting are the many paintings it was before taking on its current form.

Each of those previous paintings were expressions that were true, and yet, as it evolved, the trueness became richer.

This is the same for we humans. Allowing the full expression of who you are, moment to moment, provides space for the richest, most true YOU to evolve.

This is not easy. Allowing as an energy is counter to the culture that literally has judgement and expectation sewed into its fabric.

The great thing is, that YOU can undo this stitching by taking responsibility. How do we take responsibility?

We live each moment, fully expressing, allowing our richest truth to be revealed.
